Whenever the weather starts getting juuuuust a little bit warm in Montana, people break out the real iron from its winter slumber.
This is what I’m talking about. Eldorado Biarritz. Half-landau. Mint. 17 feet of ‘Murica. I had to back up nearly across the entire parking lot just to fit it all into the frame. The hub caps are color-matched!
Check out that tufted leather! How can it be this good? Someone please tell me this came with the V-4-6-8. I want to drive it across the country RIGHT NOW.
Respect to this guy. And I bet he like to wave his diamond rings under everybody’s nose.

Lolo isn’t exactly a hot bed for automotive enthusists, unless you count lifted 90's chevy’s.

Unless you’re a Subaru Outback enthusiast, in which case living in Montana is a huckleberry-fueled wet dream.

John Phillips (who lives in Darby now, what??) had an interesting column in C&D a while back about Lolo .

I was driving home on I90 just west of Missoula last year when a baby blue Bentley blew my doors off so it’s not all Subarus and bro trucks. Just 99%.

I saw a Flying Spur in Spokane a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, the interior was the color of Donald Trump’s face, which kind of ruined it for me.

I can see why. I was behind a 458 my entire commute home one night last summer, and I’ve seen it around town a few times, so there are a few interesting cars here in Spokaloo. They’re just rare (other than Detroit iron, that we have lots of).

Nope, that Eldorado is a ‘75-’78. V8-6-4 didn’t come until ‘81, thankfully :)

I was behind a school bus today, which is similar to the 458 in that it was approximate 458 feet long.

I had a 1968 Buick Electra 225. Which stands for 22.5 feet long and 2.25 Imperial unit tons. I jumped it once. Only once. It was terrifying.

Why would you even want a V-8-6-4? This would most likely have the 7.0L V8, not terribly powerful, but rock solid reliable.

I’m 95% sure it’s 225 inches long (18.75 feet), not 22.5 feet. Because a Deuce and a Quarter is about the size of my old ‘76 Delta 88, which was 19 feet from front corner to back corner. GM hierarchy wouldn’t have allowed for a Buick almost 3 feet longer than an Oldsmobile.
